I am based in Redditch, Worcestershire. Treatments are available within a 10 mile radius of Redditch. Treatments can be provided outside of this area but an additional charge of 40p per mile would be required to cover the travelling costs.

What to expect
During the first appointment I spend some time asking you about your medical history, general health and lifestyle. This is so I can decide on the best course of treatment for you.

You will need to remove some clothing but you will be covered at all times with towels.

After the session you may feel tired and some muscles may be sore, however most people find they feel much rested afterwards and experience an enhanced sense of well being for several days.

The effects of massage
Massage works directly on the musculoskeletal system and can help to relieve sore or tight muscles by bringing more oxygen to the affected area.

The nervous system benefits by reduced heart rate and blood pressure. That’s why massage is particularly good for anyone who feels stressed.

Massage stimulates the lymphatic system and may also increase the production of white blood cells which help the body to fight infection.

As massage releases toxins it is advisable to drink plenty of water after a treatment as this helps to clense the system.

Indian Head Massage
This treatment releases tension in the muscles of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Treatments may also help with stress, tiredness, insomnia and headaches. This is a relaxing treatment leaving clients feeling calmed and revitalised.
 
Onsite acupressure workplace massage
I also offer an onsite acupressure massage which is ideal for your workplace or your pamper event. This is a clothed, seated chair massage carried out in a specially designed treatment chair. Onsite massage is an effective method of alieviating back, neck and shoulder pain which is often associated with the office environment. Onsite massage can also help to manage stress, tension and promote overall employee wellbeing. Treatment times are from 10 to 20 minutes depending upon your requirements and number of staff at your workplace or guests at your pamper event. Chair massage is also ideal for your corporate events, festivals, promotional days or hen parties.
